let's catch up

Gosh...just how long has it been ?!? I know it's been a couple of months since I last posted. It's just been, well, for lack of a better word, "busy". I've kind of forgotten about my blog, too. Just telling the truth!
Anyway...what has been going on, you might wonder?! Not a whole aweful lot, actually. About the only exciting thing we've done lately is to go down to see my mom in Tennessee. Todd took an extra day off from work, about two weeks ago, so we could have five days there. We also got to see our great friends from Oregon who were also in the area (giving a meeting), Ken & Dottie! We hadn't seen them in-person since before we were married! It was really nice; we went to the meeting, which was really great, and then we felt so lucky 'cause they had time to go out to dinner with us. Ken & Dottie are really extended family because they are my brother Hugh's in-laws and grandparents to my neices and nephews. Rhiana really took to Dottie, just as if she had known her her whole life! Oh, Mom got to go with us, too. We've probably known the Andersons now for 25 plus years! I have some really nice photos from our trip, but unfortunately I can't download them, yet. I have to upgrade my computer...blah, blah, blah! So, you'll just have to be patient! Sorry!
What else? Um...we're working on moving to the country, Todd has some wonderful ideas and we've been discussing a lot of variables; of course, we'll stay in this area until Kaleigh Grace is delivered, yet we're really hoping God will provide a way for us to be already in the process of building our dream. We've been going over our "Vision Statement" for the last couple of days...it's a bit stressful, as Todd is very focused on that and I still feel the need to handle a lot of the daily needs of the family, yet it's so important to him and he needs my help, that I am trying to be gracious and go along with what seems to be the LORD's will...don't get me wrong here, I am very excited and encouraged that my husband is working on this and want to help him! It's just a lot of work and I seem to get tired so easily, probalby because of the pregnancy, of course. So! That's that. (Yes, I talked a little to Todd about it this morning. I'm not just ranting to you all!)
